There is said to be over 200 bands on about 70 porches tomorrow for Elmwood Porchfest. One of the coolest events of the year in my opinion. The Village feels electric with all the people on foot enjoying the music.
There is going to be an open house at 654 Auburn Ave from 1-3pm (Porchfest starts at 1:00pm).
Then 684 Auburn just got listed and is one of the nicest listing in the Elmwood Village at the moment.
There will be a good amount of foot traffic on Auburn tomorrow. Lots of eyeballs will hit the for sale signs and the street will be in its glory. Really smart time to have a listing hit the market.
As a resident on Auburn I’ve admired the outside of 684 each time I walk by it. It radiates good vibes from it. It’s fun to know the inside is just a nice.
Just this week I walked by and admired the Wisteria tree climbing up the sides of the porch. The house gives me Nantucket vibes. A timeless beauty.
It will be interesting to see what it sells for.
