Repeatable = Replaceable

What used to take a phone call and 20 minutes now takes one good prompt.

The software we use for our studio is Mindbody. It’s the “big” player in fitness tech, with new competition popping up by the day.

When we first started, support meant clicking through lengthy help articles—text-heavy, link-laden, and rarely helpful in the moment.

But a few months ago, they rolled out an “AI Assistant” for support. Now I just type a question, and it references the massive library of Mindbody data to give me a solution in seconds.

No more article sifting. No more hold music. I haven’t called them in months.

I’d guess this new tool cut down their support calls by at least 95%. And that’s the point:

These repeatable processes in business are the lowest-hanging fruit for AI disruption.

For a Realtor, it might look like this:

That entire process could—and probably should—be handled by an assistant.
Text my AI. It’ll check availability, optimize the route, book the showings, and send confirmations.

Less clicking for the agent. Instant feedback for the buyer. Win-win.

All this became clear today after I had to call a human at Mindbody support. Because he’s human, he had a schedule. Calls to take. A workday to end.

Some of the technical stuff I asked? He didn’t know. And that’s not a knock—he just had to go ask someone else and follow up later.

An AI agent? It would know 99% of the software instantly. No hold. No handoffs. No waiting a week to finish the job I need done today.

The future looks like a Zoom call with someone who looks human, talks like a human—and doesn’t stop working until you’re done.

And it’s closer than most people think.

If your job is built on repeatable processes, you’re likely going to be disrupted.
Sooner than you think.

The exciting part is that the people who know how to use these tools—prompt them, direct them, build with them—will be the ones who lead next.

It’s a wild time.
No tech has ever moved this fast.
