Reach Website 1.3

Spent majority of my day reworking the Reach website with Replit today. The first hour or so felt like I was speaking a foreign language using my commands.

The site as it was had a lot of information on it. Throwing everything and the kitchen sink at the perspective student.

I realized when a new student visits www.reachpoweryoga.com they need to be called to take a simply action, book their first class.

That’s a big deal for most people. It’s intimidating walking into a yoga class. Especially if you never have done yoga.

The first thing I made sure to hit users with was our Flythrough of the space in the hero image. A video showing you what it’s actually like walking into the doors and the practice space.

Students will see that if they are new they can take advantage of our specials. Two weeks of yoga for $30 or a first class drop in for $10. Version 1.2 hit them with every single pricing option we offer. They can still find that if they want to but it was information overload.

Schedule, pricing, instructors, FAQ now all have their own pages.

I’m still playing around with some things as I look at the site now. I suppose that is part of the game when you are a developer.
